CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A £250.00 good housekeeping bond is required by way of pre-authorisation via our secure payment system STRIPE, the pre-authorisation is released immediately on satisfactory checkout (Stable One and Colts Barn only).
Cancellations & Refund
Deposit Details Edit
A deposit of 33% of the booking total is required.
This deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Advanced Payment Edit
Full booking balance must be paid 63 days before arrival.
Cancellation Details Edit
If the booking is cancelled less than 35 days before arrival then a charge equal to 90% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 35 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 80% of the stay will be made.
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and only at the owner's discretion.

ELECTRIC CHARGING POLICY
Please be advised we do not have any facilities to charge electric vehicles, charging by means of a normal 3-pin plug is not allowed. There are charging facilities available local to all of the properties.
